Location: Herrin, IL

Shift: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm.

Compensation: $42,000 - $55,000 per year

Responsibilities for Call Center Manager/Verifications Manager:

•  Tracking, routing and redirecting information to the correct resources
• Managing staff
• Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they aris 
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
• Following communication scripts to provide accurate, valid and complete information

Requirements for Call Center Manager/Verifications Manager:

• High School diploma is required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to type 45 + wpm with strong accuracy (test)
• Knowledge of excel, MS word, etc.
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Position requires excellent analytical ability
• Great attention to detail
• The ability to work independently under constant deadlines
• 3-4 years experience in a call center
