Job Description
HireLevel is looking for a Financial Recovery Representative to work in a fast paced and team oriented environment in East Alton, IL. Job Title: Financial Recovery Representative
Job Type: Full-time, Contract to Hire
Location: East Alton, IL
Hours: M-F 8 am - 5 pm
Rate of Pay: $16-17/hr
Responsibilities of the Financial Recovery Representative:
- Contacts delinquent accounts and takes action to bring accounts current
- Makes recommendations when arrangements to make the loan current are unsuccessful
- Take loan applications and calculate loan payments
- Maintain accurate member account information
- Other job duties as assigned
Requirements of the Financial Recovery Representative:
- 1+ years experience in a similar environment
- 1+ years experience in a banking environment
- High School Diploma or GED
