Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Job Type: Full-time; 6 Month Contract
Shift Times: Monday through Friday, 7: 30 am to 4: 30 pm
Pay Rate: $15.00/hour

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
Answer inbound calls and place outbound calls as necessary.
Manage, track, and communicate various financial administration controls
Perform tasks associated with location support responsibilities, including customer interactions, visitors, mail, and telephone support
Reconciles driver routes and records over and short variances using a settlement tracking system
Works with Accounts Receivable when necessary to resolve customer issues regarding delivery and settlement.
Monitor financial loss lines (NSF, Over/Shorts, etc) to ensure outstanding balances are collected
Process payments for supplier invoices via credit card and/or internal Accounts Payable System
Manages mobile device technology for the location (cell phones, iPads, handheld computers, and printers) including sending out for repair when appropriate
Perform general administrative support work such as running reports, copying, filing, and faxing
Participate and engage employees to partake in community events
Effective utilization of internal/external reporting and processing systems to accomplish daily tasks
Perform market level trend reporting and admin back-up within market
Show strong attention to detail and communicate effectively with internal and external customers
Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative.
Willingness to learn and take on projects
Strong mathematical and analytical skills required
Demonstrate strong computer skills in Excel, Work, PowerPoint.
Job Requirements of the Administrative Assistant:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
At least 1 year experience doing clerical work.
Ability to meet client's background and drug screen requirements.
