Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Lachine, MI

Job Type: Full-time; Short Term Contract (covering maternity leave)

Shift Times: Monday through Friday, 8: 00 am to 4: 00 pm

Pay Rate: $12.00/hour

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
  • Answer inbound calls and place outbound calls as necessary.
  • Perform tasks associated with location support responsibilities, including customer interactions, visitors, mail, and telephone support
  • Works with Accounts Receivable when necessary.
  • Process Accounts Payable
  • Perform general administrative support work such as running reports, copying, filing, and faxing
  • Effective utilization of internal/external reporting and processing systems to accomplish daily tasks
  • Show strong attention to detail and communicate effectively with internal and external customers
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative.
  • Willingness to learn and take on projects
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills required
  • Demonstrate strong computer skills in Excel, Work, PowerPoint.
  • Data Entry

Job Requirements of the Administrative Assistant:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • At least 1 year experience doing clerical work.
  • Ability to meet client's background and drug screen requirements.
