Compensation of Administrative Assistant: $16-18/hr
Responsibilities of Customer Administrative Assistant:
- Make sure drivers are DOT compliant
- Daily Deposits and taking payments
- Scheduling and dispatching team members
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Requirements of Customer Administrative Assistant:
- Office background or Bookkeeping experience helpful
- Phone etiquette and communication skills are a must
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google work Space and Google Sheets.
- High school Diploma or Equivalent
