Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Plano, TX

Job Type: Full-time; Short Term Contract

Shift Times: Monday Friday; 8: 00 am - 5: 00 pm

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
  • Interface appropriately with many internal and external senior executives, including a broad spectrum of stakeholders.
  • Administer Distributor Sales Team file sharing/collaboration capability and process management.
  • Maintain match contact customer wiring database and produce monthly scorecards.
  • Prepare biweekly staff presentation content including developing agendas, sales performance and recognition, plus integration of all presenter s content.
  • Support and coordinate calendar planning and internal meetings.
  • Assist with set up and management of customer meetings including Innovation Summit, Top-to-Top meetings, monthly connects, and market tours.
  • Coordinate staff meetings and external events including team meetings, leadership planning meetings, people planning meetings, and team/community events.
  • Partner with Distributor Sales Admin Assistants for seamless support and project coordination.

Job Requirements of the Administrative Assistant:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Bachelors Degree preferred.
  • 4+ years of administrative experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Ability to meet client's background and drug screen requirements.
