Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Plano, TX
Job Type: Full-time; Short Term Contract
Shift Times: Monday Friday; 8: 00 am - 5: 00 pm
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
Interface appropriately with many internal and external senior executives, including a broad spectrum of stakeholders.
Administer Distributor Sales Team file sharing/collaboration capability and process management.
Maintain match contact customer wiring database and produce monthly scorecards.
Prepare biweekly staff presentation content including developing agendas, sales performance and recognition, plus integration of all presenter s content.
Support and coordinate calendar planning and internal meetings.
Assist with set up and management of customer meetings including Innovation Summit, Top-to-Top meetings, monthly connects, and market tours.
Coordinate staff meetings and external events including team meetings, leadership planning meetings, people planning meetings, and team/community events.
Partner with Distributor Sales Admin Assistants for seamless support and project coordination.
Job Requirements of the Administrative Assistant:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Bachelors Degree preferred.
4+ years of administrative experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
Ability to meet client's background and drug screen requirements.
