Compensation of Administrative Assistant:
The starting salary is $12 per hour.
Responsibilities of Administrative Assistant:
- Conduct standardized tasks such as creating sales orders, purchase orders, checking available quantity, inventory levels, and process orders from ERP to WMS.
- Accurately update and maintain forms, spread sheets and other data entry tracking formats.
- Communicate, request, and obtain basic information from internal/external customers.
- Support other sales member & supervisor per the supervisor's direction.
- Assist with other projects/duties and reporting as needed.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements of Administrative Assistant:
- Proficient in Windows, Word, Excel (intermediate level).
- JD Edwards Software.
- Minimal understanding of business.
- Excellent communication skills and superb writing ability.
- High school diploma of equivalency required, two years related work experience, some college preferred.
