Job Title: Bankruptcy Specialist
Job Type: Full-time/Contract to Hire
Location: East Alton, IL
Hours: M-F 8 am - 5 pm
Rate of Pay: $16 - 17 /hr
Responsibilities of the Bankruptcy Specialist:
- Process documents for Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy requests
- Processes all repossession accounts including correspondence to customers
- Communicates with customers and lawyers regarding any bankrupt accounts
- Maintain accurate member account information
- Other job duties as assigned
Requirements of the Bankruptcy Specialist:
- 6 Months - 1 year of bankruptcy experience
- High School Diploma or GED
