This client is one of the largest water utility companies in America! In fact, they serve safe, clean water to 47 states. Currently, they are seeking Call Center Representatives to help them during this busy season. The ideal candidate would have experience with customer service, client retention, and sales.
Job Title: Bilingual Call Center Representative (Spanish/English)
Hours: Sunday through Saturday, 6: 30 am - 9: 00 pm (shifts will vary)
Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour

Additional Responsibilities of Call Center Representative:
- Receive inbound calls and provide support for customer concerns
- Provide customer information for accounts, billing, and services
- Use internal database to search for customer information
- Handle multiple lines and calls
- Multitask with calls and computer work
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements of Call Center Representative:
- High School Diploma or GED Require
- Must be fluent in both Spanish and English
- Strong customer service and telephone sales skills
- Must have 2+ years of experience in a call center/ customer service
- Ability to utilize online internal systems or web-based applications to access customer information
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to meet background and drug screen requirements
