This position will be working in a division of our client that is a nonprofit organization managed and funded separately from the client. This division provides need-based financial assistance to help employees, retirees and their dependents through difficult financial situations. The division was established through the will of the company, the wife of the client s founder, and has been helping families around the world for nearly 80 years.

Job Responsibilities of the Business Analyst:
The primary function of the Business Analyst is to support the company s mission through the deployment of IT solutions.
Main responsibilities include software programming to ensure the company s grant system is designed, organized, and modified to support the programs.
This position reports to the Compliance Manager.
Project Management coordination with third-party vendors and internal staff to ensure system updates and enhancements are prioritized, designed, tested and deployed
Administrator Rights responsibilities for configuration enhancements.
Compliance monitoring with applicable the company s Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
Ownership of updates and/or development of policies and procedures.
Documentation of IT systems per the company s standards.
Support of The Foundation s conference rooms (e.G. Cabling, network ) and equipment (e.G. Printers, phone systems ).
Job Requirements of the Business Analyst:
Bachelor s Degree plus minimum 2-3 years experience required.
Must have project management skills.
Experience with Enterprise Systems (application software packages that support business processes, information flows, and data analytics) and IT operations.
Ability to configure enhancements in support of infrastructure management (management of essential operation components, such as policies, processes, equipment, data, external contacts, for overall effectiveness).
Being comfortable with frequent testing and deployment.
Data management skills.
Understanding and focus on business outcomes.
Understanding and efficiency in collaboration, open communication and reaching across functional borders.
Have a client-focused mentality and be culturally and geographically sensitive.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities, always keeping the highest-impact items as top priorities
Must be able to meet the client s background check and drug testing requirements.
