HireLevel is looking for a Credit Resolution Specialist in Carbondale, IL!
Do you want to be part of a customer service orientated organization? The staff working for this company works hand-in-hand and then goes above and beyond to bring personalized service to customers and clients. This position is responsible for establishing, expanding, and maintaining customer relationships.
Job Category: Full Time, Temp-to-Hire
Location: Carbondale, IL
Shift: 8 am - 5 pm | Monday - Friday

Compensation of Credit Resolution Specialist: $17.82/hr
Responsibilities of Credit Resolution Specialist:
- Make early contact on delinquent accounts by telephone, personal contact, and correspondence to secure resolution to the repayment problem.
- Discuss possible financial arrangements
- Inform members/co-makers of potential legal actions on loan status.
- Post Payments, bankruptcies, etc.
- Perform skip tracing
- File departmental material as needed
- Assist with preparation of documents of repossessions, collection agencies, and legal action
- Assist with preparing claims for bankruptcy and further maintenance
- File insurance claims for CPI
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements of Credit Resolution Specialist:
- High school Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Knowledge of collection procedures and current federal/ state related laws & regulations
- Financial institution background and knowledge regarding bankruptcies and small claims court preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Familiar with deposit programs, account ownership, and casualty insurance
