Job Description
HireLevel is looking for a Call Center Rep in Columbia, MO. Telephone interviewers will be working in a laid-back environment where they will be calling Missouri residents to complete medical surveys.

Job Type: Part-Full Time (20-40 hours per week)
Location: Columbia, MO
Similar Positions: Telephone Interviewer, Contact Center
Shift: Flexible, weekends and evenings will be required.
Compensation: $14/hr.
Responsibilities of the Call Center Rep:
- Call and contact members of the public to conduct a large-scale medical survey for the state of Missouri.
- Follow appropriate procedures of data collection during the interviewing process.
- Use effective tactics to try to convert possible refusals to the completion of interviews.
- Maintain a professional environment while speaking to people from a wide range of lifestyles.
- Follow all rules of conducting an unbiased interview.
- Accurately record all telephone activity, i.e. completed surveys, refusals, missed calls, etc.
- Assist in the survey editing process by providing interviewer and interviewee feedback.
Requirements of the Call Center Rep:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of customer service experience
- Typing skills
