It’s the premiere back-office solution for the home services industry, which is just a fancy way of saying we help service companies (plumbers, electricians, appliance repair, roofers etc.) manage their offices virtually in the same way someone in their physical office would. Scheduling and dispatching, answering customer questions, handling administrative tasks based on a client’s individual needs.

Shift: 8 am - 430 pm | Monday - Friday

Compensation of Customer Service Representative: $17/hr
Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative:
- Maintain customer records and update account information
- Scheduling and dispatching team members
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
- Administrative tasks as needed
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Requirements of Customer Service Representative:
- At least 1 year of call center or customer service position
- Phone etiquette and communication skills are a must
- Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
- Knowledge of call center environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- High school Diploma or Equivalent
