Job Title: Catering Supervisor

Job Type: Contract

Location: Edwardsville

Shift: Varies - need availability between 5am-12am

Salary: $20/hr

Responsibilities of Catering Supervisor:

• Supervises the operation of the food service area
• Assists in food prep, set up and break down and service
• Creates and adjusts schedules
• Maintains records
• Trains employees

Requirements for Catering Supervisor:

• Ability to follow instructions
• 3 years experience in food service
• Ability to pass food handlers exam
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cleaning solutions
• Public Health Food Service Management Sanitation Certificate
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
