The Client Operations Coordinator is responsible for assuring that the correct resources are in place for our clients. The ideal employee will achieve this by evaluating, correcting, and addressing quality concerns during our quality assurance process. The Client Operations Coordinator are tasked with acquiring prospect e-mail information for clients, cleansing and confirming the prospect information is correct, formatting the prospects for our database, and uploading them to our automation software. It is the Client Operations Coordinators responsibility to make sure that the company s clientele has all the correct resources available.

Location: St. Louis, MO

Pay Rate: $12; based on experience

Shift: Monday Thursday; 8: 30 am 5: 30 pm (these hours may vary)

Job Requirements:
  • Pulling prospect e-mail data from external and internal resources.
  • Assuring the highest quality standards for all data being uploaded and stored within our in-house database and our automation software via the quality assurance process.
  • Cleansing, formatting, and uploading prospect e-mail data into our database/automation software
  • Communicating clearly with additional departments to guarantee top client performance
  • Continual internal optimization of operations processes
  • Following strict project deadlines
  • Assisting full-time professional list team with other duties as assigned, including participating in discussions regarding process innovation



Qualifications:
  • The ideal candidate must be a self-starter and independent worker
  • Motivated by an excellent work ethic and commitment to working within a team
  • Organized, prompt, and focused
  • Analytical, willing/able to learn quickly, attentive to detail
  • Knowledgeable and comfortable with Microsoft Excel
  • Able to communicate in an open, friendly, timely and eloquent manner
  • Interested in working with a quickly evolving and growing company
  • Familiar with or open to process oriented work
  • Comfortable working with new technology and software
  • Students enrolled in or experienced with information technology fields a plus
  • Comfortable with a casual but fast-paced work environment.
