HireLevel is hiring a Complaints Analyst in Lebanon, TN.
The Complaints Analyst will evaluate post-market data from the field and make a complaint determination. They will also be responsible for processing complaint records in the complaint management system once complaint records have been opened after the evaluation process is complete. Location: Lebanon, TN
Compensation: $20-25 an hour
Shifts: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
Essential Functions and Duties:
- Review call log entries from the previous day and assess if the information entered into the call log meets the definition of an alleged complaint
- Open complaint records within the complaint management system based on the review of data entered into the call log by customer experience
- Train customer experience on the process of entering data into the call log so that a correct complaint determination can be made
- Support and collaborate with other complaint analysts and investigators for administrative support as needed
- Participate in daily management meetings and report key metrics as deemed necessary by the management team
- Selection of product family and component, allegation, and reportability codes based on the scope of the complaint allegation
- Review of product design life table and complete closure data fields on complaint records if the product involved in the alleged complaint was past design life
- Forward complaints that resulted in an injury to complaint investigators for detailed investigation
- Review complaints that have previously been investigated, update investigation summary on complaint records and close complaint records
- Facilitate transfer of information between complaint team members and complaint investigators as needed
- Report the performance of complaint handing processes during management reviews and other daily management meetings
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or higher is preferred
- Knowledge about medical device complaint handling processes
- Microsoft Word and Excel
- Basic computer skills
- Efficient data entry skills
- Attention to details
- Good command of English
Education & Experience:
- 2 - 3 years of data analysis and trending experience
- Knowledge of medical device complaint handling processes
