HireLevel is looking for multiple Customer Service Agents in Evansville, IN. for a local Insurance firm.
This company is looking for multiple Insurance Agents in the Evansville area! They are a fairly new company to the Evansville area with 5 years of being open. They are located Downtown at the Welborn Plaza. This company has several amazing benefits including getting paid licensing in 16 states to sell Health and Life policies, getting fully trained for your position, and bonus potentials.

Location: Evansville, IN
Shift: 1st 8:00am- 5:00pm, with some overtime during peak season
Compensation: $15.00 Hourly with bonus potential

Responsibilities of Customer Service Agent:
- Must be flexible with schedule and prepared to work the entire contract.
- Must be able to commit to the extended hours and some weekend hours
- Candidate will be responsible for speaking with customers and consult coverage information
- Hit metrics on sales, calls, etc.
Requirements of Customer Service Agent:
- Must have an outgoing personality
- must be willing and comfortable speaking over the phone
- Able to educate customer on policies
- Able to use multi- screen computers
- Average to great WPM
- Must be able to pass background requirements and additional questionnaire
- Must pass a drug screen
- Must be able to work in office
- Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle
- Must have passing score on the pre-test and exam
- Must have passing score on Eskills testing sent by HireLevel
