In this role you will be assisting customers with account needs primarily related to E-Banking products and serve as a champion of sales and service culture ensuring prompt, efficient, and exceptional customer service by performing the following duties:
Responsibilities of the E-Banking Customer Service Representative:
- Perform all activities related to supporting all products and services offered by the E-Banking Department. Assist internal and external clients by providing excellent customer service and ensure that all applicable regulations, disclosures, policies, and procedures are observed.
- Meet or exceed established customer service standards to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the Bank’s products and services with an emphasis on E-Banking and consumer products.
- Receive and answer telephone inquiries from customers and internal staff regarding customer and bank related services. Assist Bank personnel with questions on the status of services, charges, functionality, etc. in an efficient manner, providing positive employee relations.
- Perform maintenance for Ecom clients once authorization has been verified. This will include but will not be limited to, email address changes, bill pay maintenance, Ecom client and user maintenance, Zelle issues.
- May answer incoming telephone calls and retrieve voice mail from internal and external customers.
Requirements of the E-Banking Customer Service Representative:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Prior bank related experience is a plus.
- Great verbal and written communication.
- Basic math skills.
