This client is a local, Evansville-based business supplying and servicing premier doors, hardware, life safety and security products with excellent customer service.

Hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday

Compensation of Customer Service Representative:
The starting pay is $16-$18 per hour depending on experience.
Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative:
- Works with customers and manufacturers to coordinate orders.
- Respond to customer service requests.
- Provide support for quote requests, custom orders, and order fulfillment.
- Interact with existing customers and incoming requests for quotes and orders.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements of Customer Service Representative:
- Proficient in Windows, Word, Excel (intermediate level) required; knowledge of Visio and CAD a plus.
- High desire for accurate and timely responses to customer requests.
- Excellent communication skills and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or GED equivalency required, Associate's degree preferred.
