Our client is looking for a Customer Service Rep that is skilled in parts and order purchasing.
Job Category: Contract-to-Hire, Full-Time
Shift: 8: 00am 5: 00pm, Monday-Friday
Location: St. Louis, MO
Compensation of the Customer Service Representatives:
Additional Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representatives:
- Answer incoming calls from clients
- Handle all customer inquiries in parts, repairs, or replacement items
- Utilizing MS Excel and ERP system
- Creating and updating purchase order requests
- Sending emails to clients, vendors, and internal employees
- Additional duties as assigned
Additional Requirements of the Customer Service Representatives:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service
- Eager and motivated individual who excels in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail required
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with basic operations of a computer
- Must meet all client s background and drug screening requirements
