Job Type:  Full-Time, Contract to Hire

Location: Alton, IL 

Shift: Monday - Friday | 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Compensation: $13.00/hour


Responsibilities of Customer Service Specialist: 


  • Complete Job Requirements with independent action and resourcefulness.
  • Actively participate in variety of cross- functional teams and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Provide excellent customer service, typing, copying, filing, data entry and other administrative duties.
  • Answering phones, greeting clients and visitors, scheduling appointments and entering client information into an automated system.
  • Promotes teamwork and cooperative effort.
  • Provides customers with the highest quality of services. 


Requirements of Customer Service Specialist: 


  • 1 to 3 years of Administrative Assistance experience.
  • 2 years in a medical office setting preferred.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Ability to type 50-55 words per minute.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Meet client's background check and drug screen requirements.
