Responsibilities of Customer Service Specialist:
- Complete Job Requirements with independent action and resourcefulness.
- Actively participate in variety of cross- functional teams and performance improvement initiatives.
- Provide excellent customer service, typing, copying, filing, data entry and other administrative duties.
- Answering phones, greeting clients and visitors, scheduling appointments and entering client information into an automated system.
- Promotes teamwork and cooperative effort.
- Provides customers with the highest quality of services.
Requirements of Customer Service Specialist:
- 1 to 3 years of Administrative Assistance experience.
- 2 years in a medical office setting preferred.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to type 50-55 words per minute.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Meet client's background check and drug screen requirements.
