Job Description
HireLevel is seeking a Direct Support Personnel in Herrin, IL.

Location: Multiple Location: Johnston City, IL | Herrin, IL
Shift: 8a-4p Sat, Sun, 1p-9p Mon, Tues, Wed. AND 2p-9p Fri, 3p-10p Sat, Sun, 2p-9p Mon, Tues.
Compensation: $15.50-16/hr, holidays are double time

Responsibilities of Direct Support Personnel:
- Provides support and care to people by assisting in the development and implementation of training plans
- Assists people with maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly home by following outlined procedures
- Maintains open communication and cooperative work effort with Lead DSP and other staff to assure quality and continuity of support to people
- Reports and/or documents routine and unusual events including completing daily logs, accident reports, or outcome data sheets
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements of Direct Support Personnel:
- Provide a copy of high school diploma or GED
- Must have DSP Certification
- Provide valid drivers license and insurance
- Ability to meet all drug testing and background requirements
