Salary: $15.10 per hour; holidays are double time

Shift: Various

Excellent Employee Benefits after completing program requirements:

• After 90 days: $500
• After 6 months: $600
• After 1 year: $700

Responsibilities of Direct Support Worker

• Provides support and care to people by assisting in the development and implementation of training plans
• Assists people with maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly home by following outlined procedures
• Maintains open communication and cooperative work effort with Lead DSP and other staff to assure quality and continuity of support to people
• 99Reports and/or documents routine and unusual events including completing daily logs, accident reports, or outcome data sheets

Requirements of Direct Support Worker:

• Provide a copy of high school diploma or GED
• Provide valid drivers license and insurance
• Ability to meet all drug testing and background requirements
• Must show proof of Covid Vaccination
