Job Description
HireLevel is looking for Chemical Equipment/Machine Operator in Herrin, IL.

Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Location: Herrin, Il
Similar Positions: General Labor, Warehouse, Operator
Shift: 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift. (8-4:30p | 4p-12:30a | 12a-8:30a)
Compensation: $18.45/hour (.50/hr. increase in pay for every year worth of experience)

Responsibilities of the Chemical Equipment Operator:
- Operating forklift and other material handling equipment
- Quality control recording
- Set up materials and equipment for production
- Operate packing equipment to pack, seal and label manufactured products
- Shipping/receiving
- Operate general mechanical tools for minor repairs and adjustments
- Inventory processes monthly
- Scan packed materials into warehouse storage locations using SAP software
- Ability to multitask and willingness to learn
Requirements of the Chemical Equipment Operator:
- At least 1 year of manufacturing/warehouse experience
- Computer and basic math knowledge
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Forklift experience preferred
- Must meet requirements for background and drug screen policies
