We are seeking a skilled Technical Service Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in biomedical equipment with proven leadership and operational management skills.
Our client is a worldwide supplier of emergency medical products, respiratory products and medical gas construction equipment. We are a leading manufacturer of Ventilators, Carbon Dioxide Absorbents, Suction Regulators/Aspirators and Medical Gas Systems for hospital and patient care in home or emergency situations.

Location: Earth City, MO.
Compensation: $75,000-$90,000 yearly

Responsibilities of Technical Service Manager:
- ·Develop and maintain a service engineering department that is committed to supporting customer success and excellent patient outcomes with Allied Medical products.
- Complete and oversee preventive maintenance (PM), calibration, and corrective repairs of: Critical care ventilators, Surgical and portable suction pumps, medical gas delivery and pipeline systems
- Ensure rapid response and resolution of service calls, minimizing equipment downtime.
Required Skills for Technical Service Manager:
- 7+ years' experience in medical device technical service or Biomedical engineer applications
- 3+ years supervising a team or leading a department
- Understanding of Medical device use and clinical impact
- Knowledge of hospital infrastructure systems related to medical gases.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering Biomedical, Mechanical electoral or equivalent
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Master's degree
- Experience with quality inspection processes and equipment
- Experience in implementation of 55 mythologies
