Job Description
Position Summary
The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations by receiving, storing, organizing, and shipping products. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective teamwork, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $10-$15 per hour
Location: Lebanon or Nashville
Shift: 1st shift
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Assist with cycle counts and stock replenishment
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs as needed
- Basic math and communication skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus
Work Environment
- Fast-paced, team-oriented warehouse setting
- May require overtime, weekends, or flexible shifts
- Exposure to varying temperatures depending on warehouse type
