Compensation of Hole Watch: $18 / hour
Responsibilities of the Hole Watch:
- Ensures proper equipment for job is in place
- Monitors and protects workers working in confined spaces
- Maintains visual/audio communication with the crew
- Maintain a clean work environment
Requirements of the Hole Watch:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- OSHA 10 Safety Certification
- Ability to work in outdoor environments
- Ability to meet drug screening requirements
