Job Description

HireLevel is looking for a full-time Graphic Design/Sales Rep to join our team in Breese, IL.
We are seeking a creative and outgoing individual to join our team as a Full-Time Graphic Designer/Sales Representative. In this dual role, you will be responsible for both creating visually appealing designs and building strong relationships with clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about design and enjoys engaging with customers. This is a temp-to-hire position.
Location: Breese, IL
Compensation: $18 - $22/hr. (Based on experience)
Responsibilities of Graphic Design/Sales Rep:
  • Graphic Design: Develop layouts and designs for various projects, ensuring high-quality visual communication that aligns with client needs and brand standards.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing creative solutions that meet their goals.
  • Sales Support: Assist in identifying potential clients, presenting design concepts, and guiding them through the sales process.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the client’s satisfaction.
  • Adobe Creative Suite: Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) to create professional and polished designs. 
Requirements of Graphic Design/Sales Rep:
  • Experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing layout and design work. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client relationship management.
  • A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Sales experience or a strong interest in client-facing roles is a plus.
