The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for equipment upgrade and new installations while focusing on safety for self and coworkers. The right candidate will have experience with single-phase 120 Volt; 3-phase electrical 240-600 Volt; PLC/Electronic; SERVO experience is a plus. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Primary focus and attention to work safely for self and coworkers 
• Responsible for equipment upgrade and new installations 
• Responsible for repair, rebuild, and preventive maintenance activities involving hydraulic & pneumatic equipment including motors, pumps, valves, conveyors, compressors, and drive trains 
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment 
• Fabricate shop equipment and machine guarding using welding and cutting tools 

Job Requirements:

• 1-3 years of industrial maintenance experience required 
• Welding experience necessary; ability to use various hand tools 
• Ability to read and understand mechanical blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and micrometers 
• Experience with single-phase 120 Volt; 3-phase electrical 240-600 Volt; PLC/Electronic; SERVO experience is a plus 
• Previous experience troubleshooting and performing preventative maintenance in a fast-paced industrial environment 
• Previous sheet metal fabricating and/or plastic mold injection experience a plus 
• Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision required 
• Experience with Plastic Mold Injection-Setup & Maintenance a plus 
• Willingness to work other shifts in case of emergency
