Job Type: Contract Full-Time 

Location: DuQuoin, IL

Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:00am - 5:00pm

Compensation: $22.00 + OT

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office-software - Excel, Word, Outlook, Web brows
• Transactionally receive and ship material from the distribution center, including necessary paperwork and communication with 3rd party logistics to organize inbound and outbound transportation needs.
• Organizing and verifying incoming materials quantity and auditing storage systems for clear use.
• Organize and transfer cutting and shipping orders for material shipped from stock to customers. Prepare in-process orders in the distribution center for cutting, paralleling, special packaging requirements and labeling as needed

• Keeping work space clean 
• Ensure supplies to leaving the warehouse and going to the correct customers
• Experience in shipping & receiving
• Monitor shipping status regularly using software applications 
• Prepare and maintain necessary distribution documentations for management.
