Job Description
HireLevel is seeking an Landscape/ Lawncare Technician in Boonville, IN.
The ideal candidate will enjoy working outdoors and have experience working with various types of lawn care equipment.
Job Title: Landscape/ Lawncare Technician
Location: Boonville, IN
Pay Rate: $15.00-17.00 per hour/Based on experience
Hours: Day Shift only- 7:30am- 4:30pm | Monday through Saturday
Requirements for Landscape/ Lawncare Technician:
- Responsible for the cultivation and care of the grounds surrounding a business or residence.
- Plants flowers, mows, pulls weeds, and clears sidewalks and other areas of debris.
- Perform grounds keeping and landscaping duties.
- Mow lawn either by hand or using a riding lawnmower.
- Cut lawn using hand, power or riding mower and trim and edge around walks, flower beds, and walls.
- Landscape by planting flowers, grass, shrubs, and bushes.
- Shovel snow from walkways and sprinkle ice down to keep people from falling.
- Sweep or use blower to clear walkway of debris.
- Trim shrubs and pull weeds.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment utilized in grounds keeping.
- Rake, mulch, and prune the grounds as needed.
- Construction of retaining walls, patios, water features, and other hardscaping projects
Requirements for Landscape/ Lawncare Technician:
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs. repetitively and push full wheel burrows up and down hills.
- Ability to work in extreme heat/ direct sun.
- Must have own personal vehicle and a valid driver's license and able to meet in Boonville, IN
- Must have proper PPE: Steel toe boots, gloves, safety glasses, and hearing protection.
- Must meet requirements for drug screening and criminal background policies
