Shift: 3rd shift - 10:30pm - 7:10am Monday through Friday with possible OT

Compensation of Logistics Team Member: $14.90 per hour

Responsibilities of Logistics Team Member:
- Coordinates with Production Team to ensure that all items needed for shipment are prepared and ready to go
- Verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of merchandise, and keeping of warehouse inventory
- Packaging and shipping orders
- Examines items to be moved, determine approximate weights, configurations and characteristics to determine the type and method of material handling/delivery required in a safe and efficient manner
- Access various databases and input data with a high level of accuracy
- Complies with safety and corporate guidelines
- Performs 5S and other daily activities within the department
- Communicates all issues within the department to Team Leader
- Follows company policies and procedures including work instructions
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements of Logistics Team Member:
- Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Ability to read and comprehend work instructions and other policies
- Ability to follow leadership direction
- Organizational and interpersonal communication skills
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop frequently
- Must be able to lift up to 30lbs frequently
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand fluent English
- High School Diploma or GED required
