Job Description
HireLevel is currently seeking hardworking and driven Blown Film Extrusion Machine Operators to join a state-of-the-art production facility in Collinsville, IL.

Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Collinsville, IL
Compensation: Starting at $18/hr.
Shift: 3rd Shift | Monday - Friday 11:00pm-7:00am (training would occur on 1st shift)
Job Type: Full-Time; Temp-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities of Machine Operator:
- Monitoring and recording machine temperature and making required adjustments
- Monitoring the product production and quality specifications
- Performing set-ups, changeovers, and start-ups
- May complete light maintenance on machine when needed
- Operate machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
Qualifications of Machine Operator:
- High school education or equivalent
- Must be able to read a tape measure
- Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability
- Basic math skills
- Steel toe or composite shoes are required in the facility
- Physical ability to lift 20 - 60 pounds and perform tasks requiring mechanical precision
