Responsibilities of Industrial Maintenance Technician:

• Perform Routine Maintenance
-Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment.
-Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, lubrication, cleaning, and adjusting equipment.

• Troubleshoot and Repair
-Identify and diagnose issues with machinery, equipment, or building systems.
-Execute repairs and replacements of defective parts.

• Equipment Installation
-Install new equipment or machinery as needed.
-Ensure proper functioning and safety compliance of newly installed equipment.

• Preventative Maintenance
-Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules.
-Carry out preventative maintenance tasks to minimize equipment downtime.

• Maintain Record
-Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
-Update maintenance logs and documentation.

• Emergency Repairs
-Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
-Address urgent issues to minimize disruptions in operations.

• Collaborations
-Coordinate with other departments to understand maintenance needs.
-Work closely with team members to ensure efficient completion of tasks.

• Safety Compliance
-Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
-Ensure that all maintenance activities are performed with a focus on safety.

Requirements of Industrial Maintenance Technician
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant vocational training is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals and drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills for record keeping and communication.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance.
