_{Responsibilities of Maintenance Mechanic:}

• _{Installs, repairs, and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventative maintenance.}
• _{Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation.}
• _{Dismantles machinery and removes/replaces defective parts.}
• _{Maintains inventories of equipment parts and supplies by checking stock and placing orders.}
• _{Trains production workers on routine preventive maintenance.}
• _{Provides mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and requests.}
• _{Prepares maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.}
• _{Maintains a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules & regulations.}
• _{Performs quality checks on HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.}
• _{Hangs lights, replaces receptacles, lamps & ballasts.} 

_{Requirements for Maintenance Mechanic:}

• _{1-2 years experience in a similar role}
• _{Knowledge of warehouse machinery}
• _{Mechanically inclined and able to read blueprints and manuals}         
• _{Good written and verbal communication skills}
• _{Strong sense of time organization and urgency}
• _{Able to work independently and within a team}
