HireLevel is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician in Maryland Heights, MO
Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Tech
Job Type: Contract
Location: Maryland Heights, MO
Salary: $25-$30 Based on Experience
Similar Positions: Maintenance, Millwright
Shift: Mon-Fri 2pm-10:30pm, 10pm-6:30am
Responsibilities of Industrial Maintenance Technician
- Perform preventive maintenance to equipment
- Interprets mechanical blueprints & electrical schematic drawings
- Performs metal fabrication and welding tasks to complete repairs
- Performs plumbing, pneumatic, and millwright activities as required
- Evaluates equipment condition and documents any follow-up activities
- Utilizes spare parts and inventory control systems
- Operates forklift, manlift, scissorlift, and overhead cranes
- Identifies opportunities for production improvement and takes action/documents reults
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements for Industrial Maintenance Technician:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 4 years experience
- Knowledge of OSHA Standards
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Understanding of AC and DC motors, VFD and VSD drives
- MIG & TIG welding experience
- Experience operating cranes, forklifts, and lift trucks
- Technical degree is a plus
