Job Description
HireLevel is looking for a Maintenance Tech located in Southern IL.
Job Title: Maintenance Tech
Job Category: Full-Time
Contract Location: Southern Illinois
Shift: 730am – 4pm Monday through Friday
Similar Positions: General Labor, Building Maintenance, Painting, Lawncare
Compensation: $18/hr
Responsibilities of Maintenance Tech:
- Repair any issues within buildings
- Perform general labor with hand/power tools
- Light plumbing and electrical work
- Painting inside
- Lawncare
- Replace/move new appliances
Requirements of Maintenance Tech:
- Building maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must have valid driver license
- Must meet requirements of background and drug screening policies
- Ability to learn and be a team player is a must
