The Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in driving our digital presence and supporting various marketing initiatives. This is a full-time role and will be primarily on-site.
Location: Edwardsville, IL
Schedule: Monday – Friday

- Website Management: Assist in building and updating the company website, including the eCommerce section, ensuring a user-friendly and visually appealing experience.
- Content Creation: Produce compelling content for newsletters, videos, graphics, signs, and possible blog posts to engage our target audience.
- Web Analytics: Monitor and analyze website performance using web analytics tools, providing insights to optimize user experience and drive conversions.
- Graphic Design: Design marketing materials, including graphics, signs, and videos, that align with the company’s brand identity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives.
- Experience in digital marketing, website management, and content creation.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools and graphic design software.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present a professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Ability to work effectively in an industrial environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and video production is a plus.
