Job Description
HireLevel is hiring Material Handler in Earth City, MO.
As a Material Handler, you prepare and package parts for shipment. Performs all types of material handling duties, plus pulling raw material including operation of material handling equipment and packaging machines. Accurately completes paperwork necessary to perform duties of this classification.
Our client is a worldwide supplier of emergency medical products, respiratory products and medical gas construction equipment. We are a leading manufacturer of Ventilators, Carbon Dioxide Absorbents, Suction Regulators/Aspirators and Medical Gas Systems for hospital and patient care in home or emergency situations.

Compensation: $16.79/hr.

Responsibilities of Material Handler:
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to transport materials within the warehouse or production area.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas, keeping accurate records of material locations.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of materials to production lines.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing tasks to maintain a safe working environment.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
Requirements of Material Handler:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in material handling or warehouse operations is a plus but not required.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification may be required).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
