Job Description
HireLevel is currently seeking a Material Handler in Granite City, IL!
Position: Contract-to-Hire
Location: Granite City, IL
Schedule: Monday-Friday; 6:00 a.m.- 2:30 p.m.
Pay: $18-22 based on experience
Responsibilities of the Material Handler:
- Knowledge of rigging structural steel
- Labeling material and tracking it throughout the warehouse
- Moving material into position for welders and fitters
- Loading & unloading trucks
- General clean up of shop
Requirements of the Material Handler:
- Must be organized
- Forklift experience
- Overhead crane experience
- Self-motivated, dependable, and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to meet background and drug screen requirements
