Job Description
HireLevel is looking for Material Handler Associates in Mt. Juliet, TN!
We are currently looking for a qualified, motivated self-starting candidate to fill a material handling associate position. This is a high profile position that requires hard work and a great attitude in a fast paced work environment. The team member will be expected to meet internal production goals that include productivity, and quality. The associate must be able to work within a team as well as an individual contributor. Must be able to be cross trained in different processes/areas within deployment. All positions are intended as temp to hire conversions. There are overtime expectations for each position as needed.
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Mt. Juliet, TN
Compensation: $17.00 per hour
Shift: Monday - Friday 6:00am-2:30pm with potential for overtime as needed
Similar Titles: packer, packer, general laborer
Responsibilities of a material handler:
- Packing orders
- Breaking down cases
- Adding instructions and labels to boxes
- Repacking boxes
- Reconstruct pallets to finalize shipments
Requirements of Material Handler Associate:
- Attention to detail
- Able to follow processes
- Adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards
- High School Diploma or equivalent
