Job Category: Receiving Associate, receives, stores, and delivers goods for production.
Location: St. Charles, MO
Shift: Monday - Friday | 6am –2:30pm | 2:30pm-11pm | 10pm-6:30am
Compensation: $18.56/hour with merit increases up to $21.20/hour

Responsibilities:
- Accurately receives, verifies, and inventories incoming shipments of merchandise and other raw materials ensuring items are high quality, the correct quantity and labeled according to standards.
- Loads and unloads trucks on time.
- Completes required paperwork for receipt of merchandise timely and accurately.
- Understands process for when product delivered does not meet quality, quantity, and packaging standards.
- Prints labels, drawings, and purchase orders.
- Operates forklift as needed to move, stack, load, or unload materials in and about the plant safety and according to standard operating procedures.
- Ensures scanning accuracy in all aspects of receiving and material handling.
- Ensures receiving inspections are being completed and labeled appropriately.
- Assists with inventory of merchandise and raw materials.
- Accurately completes required paperwork for inventory.
- Precisely pulls material for production utilizing related reports and priority lists.
- Verifies and refers to Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Maintains a high level of productivity with little supervision.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, such as shipping and inventory documents.
- 1+ years’ experience within manufacturing, shipping, and/or receiving is preferred.
- Must be able to use bar code readers, computer, and other electronic devices.
- Must pass forklift certification exam and maintain certifications.
- Needs to have excellent communication skills.
- Shows initiative and the ability to begin and follow job through to completion with little supervision.
- Capable of balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching to work overhead.
- Able to Walk or stand for a minimum of 8 hours with limited breaks.
- Use with power/hand tools.
