Additional Responsibilities of Office Assistant:
Data entry of auto and home quotes for new business
Schedule/Reschedule appointments for clients and prospects
Complete and submit insurance applications
Handle customer service needs
Accept client payments and assist with billing issues
Faxing, filing, mailing, copying, scanning, document shredding
Maintain supplies of postage, office supplies and sales brochures
Other duties assigned
Job Requirements of Office Assistant:
Excellent oral, written, and telephone skills
Detail oriented and highly organized
Strong personal computing skills including a working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word.
Must be able to work with a wide variety of clients and agency personnel
Must meet background and drug screen requirements
Compensation of Office Assistant:
$14-16 per hour, Based on Experience must apply with resume to be considered!
