Compensation: $17 BOE

Responsibilities of QA Assistant:
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR/QA functions and duties.
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner.
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Inventory management with cycle count planning and assist team through inventory counts.
- Production Planning and scheduling assistance for Production team.
- Coordinate QA/HR projects (meetings/training/surveys/etc.) and take documentation.
- Handle employees’ training, questions, and translation of documents.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases and electronic filing systems.
- Responsible for updating and maintaining the Halal/Kosher records.
- Assist with Audits.
- Maintain the Trinity Website Portal with new and updated product specifications and nutrient facts.
- Maintain raw ingredient quality samples with COAs in Vicinity RDP.
- Assists with requests for Specs & Nutritional labels and documentation.
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of HR/QA files and records.
Requirements of QA Assistant:
- Must be 18 years of age to meet all workplace and food product safety regulations.
- Must successfully complete Food Safety and Workplace Safety training courses.
- Must complete and pass a pre-employment drug-screen.
- Must be able to work overtime as determined by management.
- Regular attendance is required.
- Must demonstrate the ability to communicate through written instruction and/or data entry.
- Must be able to consistently lift 50 lbs. and stand/walk for entirety of scheduled shift.
- Must satisfactorily complete an Application for Employment
- Must satisfactorily complete a reference and background check.
- Must complete the Company’s Confidentiality Agreement
- Must provide identification and already be authorized to be legally employed on an ongoing basis in the United States.
- Must have tact and human relations skills in dealing with supervisors and other Food Concepts employees.
- Complete any other tasks as assigned by management.
