Shift Times: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30pm
Pay: $21-25/hour based on experience
Responsibilities of the Office Clerk
- Answer and transfer telephone calls or take messages.
- Sort and deliver incoming mail and send outgoing mail.
- Schedule appointments and receive customers or visitors.
- Provide general information to staff, clients, or the public.
- Type, format, or edit routine memos or other reports.
- Data entry ,filing, ordering supplies.
Requirements of a Administrative Receptionist
- At least 1 years of experience in a receptionist/administrative role.
- Strong oral, written and computer-based communication skills, able to communicate professionally and effectively with every level and department of the organization.
- Must be proficient in excel
- Exceptional teamwork and customer service skills.
- Must be trainable, willing to learn new skills and be willing to cross-train to different areas.
- Must be interested in a long-term career and following a career path
Preferred Skills of an Administrative Receptionist
1 year of experience in an administrative role in manufacturing, production, logistics, or quality assurance.
Exposure or training relating to manufacturing.
