Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Flexible)
Pay: $22-25/hour
Position Overview:
HireLevel is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Admin to join the team for one of our clients in St. Louis, MO. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth daily operations of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage employee portals and folders, ensuring proper organization and access.
- Oversee employee health enrollments, cancellations, and related paperwork.
- Conduct weekly store audits to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Manage vendor contracts, including obtaining bids for services such as lawn care, snow removal, etc.
- Address and resolve operational issues in stores that require office assistance.
- Ensure compliance with health, city, county, state, and federal guidelines, including proper postings for occupancy and business licenses.
- Maintain the multiple worksite report for government compliance.
- Track and coordinate repair and maintenance requests with the CEO for timely resolutions.
- Schedule Safe Serv classes for managers as required.
- Ensure bookkeepers have the appropriate invoices for timely payments and manage bill payments.
- Maintain lease agreements and manage tenant communications.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
