Job Title: Operations Supervisor

Job Category: Full-time, Long-Term Contract

Shift Times: Monday-Friday; 7: 30 am 4: 00 pm

Location: Woodridge, IL

Payrate: $17 per hour

Job Duties of the Operations Supervisor :
  • Processes and maintains a variety of advanced accounting information including, but not limited to: payroll, accounts payable, invoices, inventory issues/receipts, purchase orders, customer payments, and bank deposits.
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets for billing review.
  • Review of customer accounts for eligibility meter change process.
  • Researches, compiles and updates information in various systems; including database, spreadsheet and word processing programs. Maintains financial and/or other business records, journals and ledgers.
  • Interacts with internal/external customers regarding various issues and provides any additional assistance. Researches and resolves difficult customer questions, concerns, difficulties, inquiries and/or problems.
  • Prepares and responds to data requests and executes work orders, service orders, error reports, set-ups, etc. In various configurations such as Powerplant, Advantex and Orcom. Compiles and reviews numerous essential reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis (30%)
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements of the Operations Supervisor :
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2-5 years of related experience.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Works well with all facets of customer service and administrative departments.
  • Must be an independent thinker and likes to resolve issues.
  • High volume of self-initiated customer interaction and phone contact.
  • Must have SAP experience
  • Strong analytical review skills, good customer service skills, documents actions with accuracy, independent thinker, works well with team members, takes pride and ownership of work.
  • Ability to understand and follow strict regulatory rules and time lines.
  • Must meet client s background and drug testing requirements.
