Responsibilities of Payroll & Benefits Specialist:
* Maintenance of the HR data base to include important employee updates and payroll/benefit information
* Benefit program administration - medical, dental and vision coverage, 401k, and additional benefits
* Preparation of compensation and termination reports
* Prepares data for 5500 forms for retirement, Section 135 benefits and DOL annual reporting
* Ensures compliance with all legal requirements of various benefit programs
* Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements of Payroll & Benefits Specialist:
* Bachelor's degree
* 3-4+ Years experience in a similar role
* Great communication skills
* Ability to meet all drug testing and background requirements
