Product Tester
Job Description
HireLevel is hiring Production Testers in Lebanon, TN.
As a product tester, you’ll be responsible for driving a manual wheelchair with an attached power wheel attachment to test the validity of the device. You will be responsible for operating the wheelchair for 40 hours per week (Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm) by driving it around the building and parking lot of the facility in Lebanon. Every 2 hours, you'll check in with an engineer to give feedback about the process and how you think the product is working. An odometer will be built in to the chair to monitor tasks and help in beta testing the power device.
Responsibilities include assembling and fabricating components, parts, and wheelchair products, following assembly instructions, and work independently.
Location: Lebanon, TN
Compensation: $18.50/hr.
Shifts: Monday - Friday | 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. | for 4 weeks

Essential Functions and Duties of a Product Tester:
- Drive manual wheel chair with SmartDrive around building/parking lot
- Report back with bugs and defects to product engineer
- Follow detailed directions, procedures, and instructions for all work assignments
- Work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining professionalism
Qualifications of a Production Worker:
- Basic technical skills
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal communication).
- Strong skills in communication and documentation
- Must be reliable and consistent
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, high-quality work.
