Essential Functions and Duties of a Production Worker:

• Disassemble components and products using hand tools
• Read and interpret assembly instructions
• Perform assembly tasks according to takt time, meeting production pace requirements
• Handle components and materials with care, ensuring proper use and assembly
• Adhere to production schedules and deadlines, maintaining efficiency and quality
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify opportunities for improving assembly processes
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe and compliant work environment
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues or defects within the assembly process
• Inspect and test finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment, and workstations
• Consistently meet production targets and deadlines, contributing to the team's overall success
• Follow detailed directions, procedures, and instructions for all work assignments.
• Work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining professionalism.

Qualifications of a Production Worker:

• Hand tool experience required
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal communication).
• Strong skills in communication, reading, counting, and basic math
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, high-quality work.
• High school diploma or GED required
